Whatever happened to a good old Presidential shooting hey? I don't think the Albanians have quite caught on to what the rest of the world think of Old W yet. Weirdly, it also sounds like the crowd are shouting "Putin, Putin" - maybe he was stealing the watch and the crowd were alerting George in a kind of pantomime fashion "He's behind you, Putin, Putin, he's stealing your watch, he's stealing our independence"
